The very first time, it's important to wear the vaginal weights in a place where you can remove them or replace them. At first, you can wear them for about thirty minutes a day, to get used to their presence. On the other hand, if you are immediately comfortable, do not hesitate to wear them for several hours in a row, for at least four days a week. The position adopted as well as the activity practiced when carrying the weights influence the degree of difficulty.
Start in a seated position. Once comfortable, take on increasingly strenuous activities like housework, squats, and walking. Make sure you are sufficiently in control before undertaking outdoor activities.
Light weights are used for the initial period. As holding the weights becomes easier, change the weights for a higher level of difficulty (see sidebar). If you are fully in control when wearing the Max Load Beads with the strap, you can now proceed without the strap. Again, start with the minimum load and increase gradually (from 30 gr to 90 gr). Remember that it is by using them regularly that you will be able to see results.
As each woman progresses at her own pace, there is no standard for how long vaginal weights should be used. You can stop wearing them when you deem it necessary, even if you haven't carried the maximum load.
