There is no predetermined duration for dilator use. Each woman should go at her own pace. It is normal to feel a slight tingling sensation when moving to a larger diameter. This sensation should decrease, then disappear over the course of the sessions. If this is not the case, returning to the smaller dilator might be necessary. When you are finished, gently remove the dilator. If pain occurs when trying to remove it, stop, breathe calmly, then cough.
When you feel ready to move to a larger size, it is important to start the session with the previous dilator, the one with which you did not feel any discomfort. This way, your vagina will already be relaxed when you move to a larger diameter.

For hygienic reasons, clean the product before and after each use. To prolong the life of your dilators, use a disinfecting cleaner such as Steri-clean. Store in its original packaging. It is strongly advised not to share your dilators with others.

If sharing does occur, please note that it is essential to use a condom to protect yourself from sexually transmitted diseases: using a disinfectant cleans the accessory, but does not sterilize it. Always store your dilators in their original packaging.
