Floravi Orders

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can track your package in real time using the link provided.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery time depends on your region and the shipping method selected. Estimates will be displayed at checkout.

For hygiene reasons, most of our intimate products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened. In the event of a defective or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible to honor the one-year warranty.

Your Floravi purchases will appear discreetly, under a neutral label, without explicit mention of intimate products: SP FLORAVI.

Yes. All orders are shipped in neutral packaging, with no mention of the nature of the products.

General — Use & Maintenance

Clean your products before and after each use. We recommend using Floravi Steri-Clean , specially designed for intimate hygiene products. Spray, leave for 30 seconds, rinse, and allow to air dry.

Yes, they are splash-resistant, allowing for cleaning with water and use in the shower. However, we advise against fully submerging them in the bath to ensure the product's longevity.

No. Our oils are for external use only and should not be used internally. They could alter the vaginal pH or cause irritation. In general, any scented product should remain external.

  • Water-based: compatible with all products, even silicone.
  • Silicone-based: not compatible with silicone products—vibrators, dilators, penis rings—as silicone can damage this material. This is true regardless of the brand of silicone-based lubricant.

Yes. All our lubricants are compatible with most condoms. It's mainly oil-based lubricants that can damage condoms.
