Silicone-based lubricant offers a silky, long-lasting glide: a few drops are enough. It does not penetrate the skin's pores and is water-resistant, ideal in the shower. Note: avoid silicone with silicone toys.

How to choose? For everyday, versatile use, water-based. For long-lasting glide or use in water, silicone. For menopause-related dryness or postpartum, or reactive skin, the water-based FREE version is best.
