Fill the bulb with lukewarm (never hot) water, then ensure the nozzle is clean. Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant to the nozzle to facilitate insertion.

Adopt a comfortable position (in the shower or over the toilet). Gently insert the nozzle, without forcing it, then slowly squeeze the bulb to release the water at your own pace. Then remove the nozzle and allow the water to drain naturally.

If necessary, repeat the operation once or twice, always gently. Take your time — the goal is comfort, not speed.

Then fill the bulb with warm water, squeeze to circulate the water inside, then empty it completely. Repeat a few times to thoroughly clean the inside, even with the presence of the anti-return valve.

Allow to air dry completely before storing in a clean and dry place. Avoid closing or storing the product while there is still moisture inside.
