Our payment system is an online terminal called Paypal and/or Shopify that processes transactions directly with the business and the customer, much like credit card terminals in stores.

Therefore, Floravi.com collects the minimum amount of information possible (as mentioned in our “Information Collected” section), in order to create a safer environment for all our customers.

We do not promote or use pop-ups for advertising purposes. Windows commonly called pop-ups are used only to check the status of an order. We make every effort to prevent the redirection of a page from our site to other sites. Should such a redirection ever occur, we will notify you immediately. We are, therefore, not responsible or liable for the privacy policies of any site outside of ours.

The information collected
Our order form requires certain information concerning the contact, the sending of the order and the means of financing. This information, including credit card details, will be stored in order to process your order and cannot be viewed. We are only able to see the name of the credit card owner, the last four digits of the credit card number and the type of card used. The rest of the information is collected by Paypal and/or Shopify which processes payments exactly as when purchasing in store. This proves that Floravi.com never collects your information (except for those mentioned above) and provides its customers with a safer transaction. In the event of a problem with the transaction, Floravi.com will be obliged to share this information with the competent authorities. To ensure the greatest security of our consumers and credit card holders, this information will in no case be sold, rented, loaned, exchanged or shared with other members of Floravi, and of course with all other persons outside the the company.

Information Collected Automatically

• Your IP address:
  All visitors or other websites that visit us will be identified by a unique number (IP). This process is necessary for the purpose of exchanging data on the Web. The web servers systematically record the IP numbers of all parties exchanging data for their own statistics, with a view to improving the services. Our Web server acts in the same way by recording only IP addresses, in order to offer better future service to our customers. We do not communicate with any other server to identify or log IP addresses.

• Session ID:
  When you use our shopping cart, we must assign you a unique identification number commonly referred to as an ID. Like most web servers, we will attempt to place a cookie (a temporary file) on your computer. This cookie will automatically eliminate itself when you close your Internet browser. Please note that all banking institutions that offer the online service use this cookie.

• Contact forms and emails
  If you contact us by email, we will only use your email address to respond to your request. If your query includes personal information, we will only use that information to respond and only to you directly.

• Orders and Registration
  The order entry and order tracking system allows for the addition of additional contacts/specific shipping information/different billing methods/different payment tools and also a place to add your comments or details. We use this information only to fill your order according to your wishes. If we have any questions to ask you to clarify a particular point, this will be done by email only unless we specify, when placing your order, not to do so.
